IREKS AT THE IBIE

From 7th to 11th September, the biggest bakery exhibition of the Americas opened its doors at the Convention Center in Las Vegas.

IREKS was also among the 850 exhibitors from more than 100 countries. This time, we proudly shared a booth with DREIDOPPEL. In this way, IREKS was able to present all it is capable of on one booth.

More than 21,000 visitors had the chance to experience the gluten-free options IREKS had, as well as the AROMA & TASTE concept combining our sourdoughs and malts. DREIDOPPEL had all their aromas, pastes and mousses with them and displayed some impressive cake decorating at the live baking booth. In the live bakery, IREKS showed, amongst other things, its IREKS PAO DE QUEIJO GF, the Brazilian cheese ball snacks, which were a great success with all the people who tasted them.
