IREKS at FIE 2019

From 3 to 5 December 2019, IREKS participated in the FOOD INGREDIENTS EUROPE once again. This year, Europe’s most important fair for food ingredients took place in Paris on the fair ground Paris-Nord Villepinte.

In addition to a wide range of tailor-made baking ingredients as well as product solutions concerning the trend topic “free from”, e.g. gluten-free brownies and seed bread as well as vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free muffins, “Aroma & Taste” was one of the core topics of this year’s fair appearance. The presentation of different malt products, dried sourdoughs as well as the baked products made with them showed the versatile application possibilities and the taste and aroma profiles of our products.

A special highlight at the fair stand was a small “bakery” where delicious baked products were prepared for the stand visitors.
