Leasa Mitchell

Leasa started working for Lentia Enterprises Ltd. (now IREKS NORTH AMERICA Ltd.) just after finishing her Secondary Education in 2000 as a Production Coordinator.

Over the years, her role changed to include Customer Service Rep/Order Desk, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Documents Coordinator, in which she gained valuable experience in the Food Industry.

Leasa completed a HACCP course in 2011, and was involved in the company's Food Safety Program from that point onwards.

In 2013 she became a certified SQF Practitioner, and her current role encompasses Production Coordinator, Purchasing and SQF Practitioner.

Leasa lives near Woodstock, ON with her husband and their three children, and enjoys music, reading, baking,gardening, and family activities including camping and outdoor sports.

She is a certified Pianist, has achieved Gr.9 RCM, and also teaches Piano lessons in her spare time.
