With nearly 40 years of experience in the baking industry, Mark brings new input and experience to IREKS USA Inc.

Having grown up in the baking industry, initially as a baker in an in-store bakery, Mark learned how to make donuts, various kinds of bread, Danish pastries, different types of cakes and more – all from scratch! Later, he became a technician who was in charge of a 77-store chain, where he successfully increased business. This gave him the opportunity to move on to become a Sales Manager, a position in which he got to know the industrial business particularly well. Ultimately, Mark moved into the upper management by becoming Sales Director at a global market leader in the field of lactic acid and it’s derivates and a leading supplier of emulsifiers, where he worked for more than 20 years. Being able and willing to use this solid professional foundation, he has taken on the title of Head of Business Development covering the US for IREKS USA Inc.
