Training Courses and Seminars

In collaboration with our headquarters in Kulmbach (Germany), our customers from Canada have the chance to visit our Baking Academy in the marvellous region of Upper Franconia and take part in specific seminars or trainings. On this occasion, a company tour through our facilities gives our customers the opportunity to get to know IREKS and its capabilities.

Our Baking Academy allows you to further enhance your know-how, test new recipes and try and evaluate new baking techniques. Aside from our practical trainings, seminars held by our in-house experts can keep you up to date, inspire you and inform you about the latest developments and trends of the industry. The objective is for you to gain information which is useful for your individual daily work at your site.

Technical know-how on baking in a compact design

Our IREKS Compendium of Baking Technology offers our customers the groundwork for sustainable success: dependable know-how. The Compendium can be used for a comprehensive review of specific topics around baking, as a book of reference or as a guide during training and contains not only basic knowledge, but also more detailed know-how and empirical expertise.
